  • Yes, but what you need depends on your Blueprint.

    Momentum Rebuild and Momentum Encore

    These programs start with minimal gear, but by Week 5, you’ll need access to a gym. The strength progressions in these plans rely on heavier loading that’s hard to replicate at home.

    Momentum Launch

    You’ll just need a pair of moderately heavy dumbbells (something you can’t bicep curl for 10 reps).

    Resistance Band Requirement

    All Blueprints begin without bands, but by Week 5, you’ll need a long looped resistance band. We’ll include product recommendations in your welcome materials to make it easy.

    Optional but helpful:

    • A yoga mat

    • A foam roller

    These programs are written to match the equipment environment. If a plan says “gym required,” that’s how it’s structured. We won’t be adapting workouts for less. Results come from doing the right work with the right tools.

  • Our Blueprints are priced at $299.

    That’s over 40 expertly designed workouts and guidance, for the same price you’d pay for just one hour with us in the gym.

    Beyond the thousands of clinical hours that have gone into our expert programming and proven results, we’ve put months of our time into these Blueprints to make sure we get them right. For us and for you.

    When available this fall, each Blueprint will be offered at a special launch price of $199 for the first 50 programs sold.

  • You’ll have lifetime access to your Blueprint. This includes App access for tracking and video form coaching. This allows you to complete the program, revisit your favorite blocks, or repeat it from the top.

  • Each program includes support materials and clear guidance, but if you need more, shoot us an e-mail and we will be happy to get you sorted. If you desire more specific training guidance, there are opportunities to upgrade to 1-on-1 coaching or join future group offerings. We’ll always point you to the next best step.

  • Not yet — but if that’s something you’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you. We’re always developing new programs based on what people actually need.

    If a no-equipment, bodyweight-only plan would help you get started, reach out and let us know. If there’s interest, we’ll build it.

  • These aren’t just workouts thrown together in a spreadsheet. Each Blueprint is built by Doctors of Physical Therapy who have spent thousands of hours helping real people train better and feel better. The plans are structured, tested, and rooted in clinical results so you’re following a system with purpose behind every phase.

  • As long as you’ve been medically cleared to exercise. These are not rehab or physical therapy programs, but they are designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy to help you move safely and train with confidence.

  • Yes. If you are medically cleared to exercise, you can start here. These programs are built to meet you where you are and help you build up. They will push you to your edge, challenge you to grow, and help you rediscover what your body can do. You do not need to feel ready before you begin. You just need to begin.

  • You won’t lose your progress. With lifelong access to the program you’ll have plenty of room to reset, repeat a block, or pick up where you left off without pressure.

    Your welcome kit will include guidelines on how to re-enter a program if you find yourself taking a pause.

  • Great Idea! Doing it together increases accountability and makes the experience more fun.

    You have two options:

    • Each of you purchases your own Blueprint and gets your own app access, progress tracking, and coaching videos.

    • Use our Buddy Pass offer (when available) to get a discount for you and your training partner. It’s the best way to keep each other on track without sharing logins or missing features.
