momentum encore follows our proven 3-phase progression:
phase 1: reset
Refine your baseline. Build foundational strength, mobility, and balance using bodyweight and light tools. Focus on alignment, motor control, and confidence in movement.
phase 2: reload
Bring the effort back. Begin loading key patterns with machines and dumbbells. Rebuild strength that transfers to real life—getting up, stepping down, picking up, and pushing through.
phase 3: reclaim
Raise the bar. Improve control, coordination, and endurance through dynamic strength training, tempo variations, and focused movement prep. Build a body you trust—on your feet and in your life.
FAQs
Do I need a gym to do this program?
Encore is designed to start from home with bodyweight and light tools. By Week 5, we guide you into using a gym for machines or dumbbells. You’ll never have to figure it out alone—we walk you through each step.
A suggested equipment list will be provided in your welcome kit.
How long do I get access to the program?
You’ll get lifetime access to all included materials:

A downloadable PDF version of the entire program, yours to keep.
Onboarding guides to help you progress exercises and adjust weights independently, now and in the future.
What if I haven’t worked out in a long time?

Is this physical therapy?
No. While Encore was created by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, this isn’t rehab. It’s a training plan built to help you move with purpose, improve balance and strength, and raise the bar for what your body can do next.
CAN I REPEAT THE PROGRAM MORE THAN ONCE?
Yes. Many Encore clients repeat the plan to keep progressing or rebuild after time away. With lifetime access to the Blueprint, you can restart it whenever you’re ready.
