  • Your program is built around what you have access to, as well as your goals.

    It is our belief that access to resistance equipment (dumbbells, kettlebells, or barbells) is a non-negotiable part of building strength. However, if your goals are more centered around mobility or endurance sport, a gym may not be necessary.

    We will make any specific equipment recommendations for our clients during the onboarding process.

  • That’s actually why many people come here. Your programming is designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, which means we can meet you where you’re at and progress safely.

    We have thousands of hours of experience of improving patient's fitness levels while being mindful of their medical limitations.

    With that said, it’s important to note that Momentum Signature is a wellness and performance coaching program, not physical therapy.

  • Most clients train 3 to 5 days per week, with sessions ranging from 30 to 60 minutes. We’ll design your program to match your schedule, not overload it.

  • You don’t need to be in great shape to start—you just need to be ready to move with intention. This isn’t a cookie-cutter workout plan. It’s built to match your body, your goals, and your timeline.

  • Once you’re off the waitlist, we’ll start with a discovery call, then a deep-dive onboarding session including a movement screen, history, and goals. Your program begins shortly after.

  • Momentum Signature is a 3-month minimum program. Most clients stay longer because they see results, feel supported, and want to keep building momentum with a clear strategy.
