Not at all. Your program is built around the equipment you have access to, whether that’s a full gym, a home setup, or just bodyweight and bands. You’ll tell us what you have during the intake process, and we’ll tailor your plan to meet you there.

You’ll get access to our coaching app, which makes your entire training experience seamless. Inside the app, you’ll find your personalized workouts, demo videos for each movement, and clear instructions so you always know what to do and why. You can log your workouts, track your progress, and message your coach (depending on your tier) — all in one place. It’s like having your plan, your coach, and your training journal right in your pocket.

PRO and CONCIERGE memberships are designed for clients who want more than just a workout plan. They want partnership, accountability, and long-term progress.
That kind of growth doesn’t happen in a week or two. It happens through consistent adjustments, ongoing conversations, and training cycles that are carefully built around your goals, your schedule, and your life.
For that reason, we require a minimum 3-month commitment. It ensures you receive the full benefit of:

After your first two months in the PRO or CONCIERGE tier, we’ll revisit your goals during a coaching call and discuss the best path forward. Many clients choose to continue month-to-month, while others take advantage of our discounted annual plan. Whichever route you choose, we’ll stay by your side to make sure your programming continues to evolve with you.

Yes, absolutely. We understand that your needs can evolve over time. You’re welcome to upgrade or downgrade your tier at the end of your current coaching cycle. If you start with CORE and decide you want more support, just reach out - we’ll walk you through your options and help you make a smooth transition.

That depends on your goals, consistency, and tier. Some clients are focused on staying out of pain and moving more freely, while others are rebuilding performance for sport or endurance training. We will help you identify your goals during your strategy call to make sure that our programming is directed and intentional. We’ll track your progress, adapt your plan as needed, and help you build sustainable strength and mobility for long-term results.
